Price List Check

Manufacturer price list comparison for distributor teams.

A price list comparison helps distributor, inside sales, pricing, and purchasing teams catch price-list changes before they hit quotes, POs, or margin.

Start with old list vs new list

Use the last approved manufacturer price list as the baseline and the new price list as the current file. Match by SKU, item number, manufacturer part number, distributor SKU, or another confirmed identity column.

Review more than price changes

Price increases and decreases matter, but new items, removed items, missing prices, invalid prices, unit changes, currency changes, pack-size changes, and multiplier changes can be just as important.

Protect active quotes

A new price list can affect open quotes and pending orders. Partrek flags price exposure and rows needing review, then points teams toward Price Delta or Active Quote Exposure when the workflow needs a fuller report.

Do not trust mismatched units

Missing price is not zero. Unit, currency, and pack-size mismatches should block trusted totals until a person reviews the source files.
