Privacy modes

  • Local-only mode is the default: raw files never upload and only browser-local processing is used.
  • Cloud-save report mode must be explicit: report details are saved only when enabled by the customer or admin.
  • Source file storage remains off by default and would require separate customer controls before release.
  • Partrek does not train AI models on customer BOM, quote, or cost-list data.

Privacy-safe analytics

  • Allowed: workflow, file type, row count, summary counts, duration, plan, route, and sample-vs-real status.
  • Not allowed: file names, part numbers, descriptions, supplier names from files, supplier quote prices, uploaded cost values, raw rows, or raw file contents.
  • Support forms should describe the issue and workflow step. They should not collect raw BOM, quote, or cost files.
