Duplicate Part Finder
Find repeated part numbers, unit conflicts, description conflicts, and consolidation preview totals before a spreadsheet moves downstream.
Common questions this answers
- Are duplicate part numbers always wrong?
- What does consolidation preview mean?
- Can I find duplicates without signing up?
- What data leaves my browser?
What the free tool does
Duplicate Part Finder reads one CSV or XLSX file in your browser, asks you to confirm the part-number column, then groups repeated item identifiers so you can see whether the repeated rows look clean, cross-breakdown, or conflicted.
Duplicates are not always errors
- A part can appear in several areas, floors, phases, packages, or work packages because the export keeps detail rows.
- A duplicate needs review when the same part has different units, inconsistent descriptions, invalid quantities, or repeated rows in the same context.
- Partrek uses wording like duplicate group, possible conflict, needs review, and consolidation preview instead of silently deleting rows.
Consolidation preview
The preview shows what totals could look like if the duplicate rows represent the same part. Partrek does not change your source file. Groups with critical unit or quantity conflicts are blocked from trusted totals until someone reviews them.
Privacy behavior
Results are shown before any email capture. Raw files, raw rows, part numbers, descriptions, prices, margins, supplier names, and file names are not sent to CRM, analytics, or email by default.
