Common questions this answers

  • What has to be checked before enterprise rollout?
  • Does Partrek replace ERP, PLM, PIM, or accounting systems?
  • What support and security material can we review?

Enterprise-ready means controlled workflow rollout

Partrek is designed for browser-local material verification workflows: compare exports, review changed rows, attach review context, and export decision-support reports before material moves. It is not an ERP, PLM, PIM, accounting system, manufacturer database, or document-control system.

Launch gates

  • Production auth and workspace isolation checked on the live domain.
  • Stripe checkout, Customer Portal, and webhook behavior tested end to end.
  • Supabase metadata storage, RLS, backups, and restore expectations verified.
  • Terms, privacy, compliance, and data-handling pages reviewed.
  • Owner, admin, reviewer, contributor/member, viewer, and internal-admin boundaries tested.
  • Representative real-file workflows and exports reviewed.
  • Monitoring, incident response, and safe support documentation reviewed.

Data boundary

Raw uploaded files, raw spreadsheet rows, part numbers, descriptions, supplier names from files, quote numbers, customer names from active quote files, uploaded prices, and margin values are not stored or sent to CRM/analytics by default.

No unsupported promises

Partrek keeps support documentation-first and product-led. Published materials describe setup guides, import templates, security and data-handling documentation, admin controls, private deployment discussion, custom governance requirements, custom report templates, and custom approval workflow options where available.
