What a Review Pack does

A Review Pack starts with changed rows from a comparison and adds the context your team needs before handoff: user-entered source links, reviewer notes, internal notes, status, priority, assignment, and export-ready warnings.

Source-link rules

  • Source links are manually entered outbound URLs.
  • Partrek validates URL format only.
  • Partrek does not fetch, parse, cache, preview, download, embed, copy, host, or redistribute third-party URL content.
  • Open source links directly and verify product data, revisions, approvals, and suitability before use.

Review status

Use Needs Review for rows still being checked, Verified for rows your team reviewed, Blocked when missing data prevents handoff, and Ready when the row can move forward according to your team's process.

Exports

Review Pack CSV and PDF exports include changed rows, review status, notes, and source-link URLs. They do not include third-party document contents, images, logos, page previews, or copied descriptions.
