Workspace purpose

A workspace helps teams manage trial state, plan access, teammates, saved mappings, report metadata, and onboarding progress.

What workspace features should not imply

A workspace does not mean raw BOM, quote, price, cost, or spreadsheet rows are stored by default. Browser-local processing remains the default unless a future cloud-save mode is explicitly enabled.

Invites

Invite people who review material changes, export reports, handle procurement, or manage setup. Keep roles simple until the team has a real workflow pattern.
