What to include
- The workflow you are trying to complete.
- Who needs the output: procurement, prefab, VDC/BIM, PM, branch manager, supplier, finance, or leadership.
- What decision the feature would support.
- Whether this is blocking a trial, pilot, paid rollout, or internal handoff.
What not to include
Do not paste raw BOM, quote, cost, price, margin, part-number, supplier, customer, or spreadsheet row data into a feature request. Describe the shape of the problem instead.
How requests are reviewed
Feature requests are routed into the internal CRM as safe metadata. They help prioritize support docs, workflow improvements, report formats, and enterprise packaging without creating a giant public roadmap promise.
